How Does Svaaba's Art Leasing Service Work?

Svaava is an online platform that offers an art hire service to individuals and businesses in England.

1. Select a work of art. Svaaba offers a curated selection of contemporary artworks including paintings and photographs that you can browse and choose from.

2. Order your chosen artwork through our platform. This guarantees an up to date art leasing terms, typically ranging from 3 to 48 months. At the end of your lease you have the option to renew or purchase the artwork.

3. Shipping and installation. Svaaba will arrange for the artwork to be shipped and installed at your premises.

4. Insurance – the work is insured by the artist, then whilst in transit the insurance is covered by the delivery company. Once the artwork reaches the client, they are responsible for the artwork’s insurance. The lessee is responsible for the full market value of the artwork if they are damaged, lost or stolen.

5. There are no returns. Once the artwork is with you, you honour the art-lease contract.
